The trading process isn't instant and straightforward. An unequivocal transaction identifier will be assigned to every transaction for reference in case of conflicts or issues (transaction receipt).

If the user does not correctly complete the payment or identification process, UAB Criptomy has the right to impede the purchase transaction. For instance, users are not permitted to utilize a third party's data to make the payment or use a virtual private network (VPN) or the Onion Router (TOR).

  • Exchange services provided

Bitcoin is not mined by UAB Criptomy. Utilizing our contractual arrangements with crypto exchanges and merchants, we acquire the currency on your behalf. You give UAB Criptomy permission to act as your exchange exclusively for the purchase of cryptocurrency pursuant to your Order. We handle the transaction on your behalf and at the most lucrative rate provided by the cryptocurrency exchanges and vendors we deal with. We utilize data on the current average price across the crypto exchanges we partner with to determine the price stated in our commercial. When doing this, we take into account both the fluctuation of exchange rates and, when applicable, the exchange rate between fiat currencies and the euro. The price variations from the cryptocurrency exchange may affect the final cost of our purchase, making the electronic currency look more expensive or less expensive and changing it from the price specified in the contract and the client order. Anyhow, our consumer is unaffected by this: If the electronic money we buy on your behalf turns out to be more expensive than the contract stipulated, we have to pay the difference; you agree that we have the right to keep the difference if the electronic money we acquire on your behalf turns out to be less expensive than what was agreed upon in the contract.

  • Commission

In addition to paying for the Order, you also pay the Commission. A certain proportion of your Order in euros goes to the Commission. The Commission will be disclosed to you before you make a payment for your Order. The GST that we charge will be included in the Commission. As soon as you finish the Order, you will receive all the information you need: a bill detailing the quantity of cryptocurrency you purchased, the Commission percentage, GST, and the entire Order amount. We do not guarantee that the cryptocurrency you buy qualifies as a Goods and Services Tax-creditable acquisition. We are not required to provide evidence of the origin of the money's purchase.
