• Verification

In order to verify your identity and to look for warning signs of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes, you agree to give us all the details that are legally needed. Before you are allowed to use the Services, you must finish a few verification processes. The restrictions that apply to your usage of the Services may change as a result of the continuous data collection. • Details of the trading process

• Method of Purchase

Use any of the payment options offered on the website, including a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We handle the transaction on your behalf and at the most lucrative rate provided by the cryptocurrency exchanges and vendors we deal with. We utilize data on the current average price across the crypto exchanges we partner with to determine the price stated in our commercial. When doing this, we take into account both the fluctuation of exchange rates and, when applicable, the exchange rate between fiat currencies and the euro. 2. 3. • Right Of Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise specified, UAB Criptomy owns all intellectual property rights to all works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, and any other content published on criptomy.exchange, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, the website's fonts and design. The User does not acquire any rights, titles, or interests in or to such intellectual property rights through the ownership, use, or access to our services by the User or any third person.

Users may not, without UAB Criptomy's prior written consent:

2. Sublicense, sell, or rent content from criptomy.exchange
3. Copying or duplicating content from criptomy.exchange
4. Republish material from criptomy.exchange

• Cancellation, Suspension, And Termination

Even after money has been deducted from your User Account, we have the right to: (a) refuse to finish, block, cancel, or reverse a transaction you have authorized; (b) restrict or terminate your access to some or all of the UAB Criptomy Services; and/or (c) deactivate or cancel your User Account with immediate effect for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. We have a good faith belief that we must act to preserve our reputation;
2. We believe that any relevant law, rule, court order, or other authority to which we are subject in any country requires us to do so;
3. We have a good reason to believe you are breaking this Agreement;
4. We think that you have violated any of our Terms and Conditions and/or any later or separate agreements;
5. We are worried about a transaction's accuracy, the safety of your user account, or that the UAB Criptomy Services are being used fraudulently or without authorization;
6. We suspect fraud, money laundering, sponsorship of terrorism, or any other type of financial crime;
7. Usage of your User Account is subject to any ongoing legal action, inquiry, or government process, and/or we believe your User Account behavior carries a higher risk of breaking the law or violating regulatory requirements;
8. You perform any activity that may get beyond our safeguards, such creating several User Accounts or abusing any discounts we might occasionally give.

In addition, if your credit or debit card or any other legitimate payment method connected to your User Account is rejected, we may refuse to finish, block, cancel, or reverse a transaction you have approved. If we decline to complete a transaction, suspend, limit, or shut your User Account, and/or terminate your use of the UAB Criptomy Services, we will, unless doing so would be illegal, give you notice of our decision, the reasons behind the denial, suspension, or closure, and, if applicable, the process for rectifying any factual inaccuracies that may have contributed to the refusal, suspension, or closure. The maximum time for resolving complaints is 30 (thirty) working days.

• Outcomes

You are allowed to use your user account for ten (10) days to transfer bitcoin after this agreement is terminated, unless it is forbidden by law, a court order, or another order to which UAB Criptomy is subject in any area. During these times, you are not allowed to use the UAB Criptomy Services or your User Account for any other activities, and we have the right to restrict your access to certain website features in accordance with our assessment. If for any reason your account is suspended, closed, or you are no longer able to access the UAB Criptomy Services, we retain the right to ask you to go through the Identity Verification process again before allowing you to place an order. Although you will be expected to pay any unpaid balances due to us, there will be no fee for canceling your User Account. At the time of cancellation, you give us permission to terminate or stop all ongoing transactions.

Indemnification

You consent to hold us, our affiliates, and service providers, as well as each of our or their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and representatives, harmless from any costs (such as legal fees and any fines, fees, or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) relating to any claims, demands, or damages resulting from or connected to your breach of this Agreement, our enforcement of it, or your violation of a law.

Laws limiting liability

The maximum amount of the Commission applicable to the ordered transaction at the time of the relevant claim shall constitute UAB Criptomy 's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of connected claims for losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses that you may incur arising out of, or in connection with, any breach by UAB Criptomy of this Agreement. This amount shall additionally be restricted to the purchase amount (if applicable) of the transaction in question when we are evaluating a specific claim pertaining to a specific transaction. Any legal responsibilities we may have, such as the requirement to use reasonable care and skill in providing the UAB Criptomy Services, are subject to the liability restriction in this Section.

This Agreement does not restrict our liability for death or physical injury brought on by our carelessness or the fault of our subcontractors. It also does not limit our liability for severe negligence or intentional misconduct.

Only the things mentioned in this agreement fall under our responsibility. We are not liable for any loss that our User sustains outside the scope of this Agreement, including but not limited to the following instances:

1. You entered incorrect account information during the payment;
2. You failed to add money for the payment or the bank failed to complete the payment for your Order within the agreed period;
3. You are having trouble controlling your digital wallet.

Local law

If the law in your country of residence forbids the exclusion of any current provisions, they cannot be excluded. This is also true in cases when the law grants rights or incorporates phrases into its provisions that cannot be changed. If the law in your country of residence does not specify an exclusion of liability or responsibility restriction but does allow for some limitations, then our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with any such modification, you should terminate your User Account and stop using the UAB Criptomy Services. Taxes

You are fully responsible for determining if and to what degree taxes apply to any transactions you make using the UAB Criptomy Services and for making sure the right amount of tax is withheld, collected, reported, and sent to the proper tax authorities. Full agreement

Accuracy

The legality of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be impacted if any of them are found to be void or unenforceable under any relevant law. The unenforceable provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will still be in effect, if any provision is judged to be unenforceable.

Language

Any information or notifications that you or we are to supply under this Agreement must be in English. Any translation of this Agreement or other documents is offered solely for your convenience and may not exactly reflect the content in the English original. The English language version of this Agreement or other documents shall control in the case of any discrepancy.

M&A

The information we have gathered about you and our connection with you (including this Agreement) may be transferred or assigned as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control if UAB Criptomy is bought by or merged with a third party organization.

Survival

All terms and conditions in this Agreement that, by their nature, continue to apply after its expiration or termination, such as those relating to suspension or termination, cancellation of a user account, debts owed to UAB Criptomy , general use of the website, disputes with UAB Criptomy, and general provisions, will remain enforceable and in effect.

Law rule

The laws of Lithuania apply to any agreement based on these clauses. Implicitly, each party consents to Lithuania courts having jurisdiction over their case.

UAB Criptomy provides neither marketing or promotional materials to clients outside of European Union Area nor target countries outside European Union during Search Engine Optimization procedures and/or marketing campaigns as well as does not promote its services during communication with non-EU consumers.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All deals made on UAB Criptomy are final due to the nature of the cryptocurrency markets. Review the official Refund/Cancellation Policy listed below.

1. Refunds are only possible for transactions that were unsuccessful either as a result of our mistakes or other technical issues with the service we provide within 14 days from the initial transaction according to EU legislation.
2. The same payment method that was used for the initial financing will be used to handle all refund claims.
3. Refunds are not available for funds that have been exchanged for cryptocurrency through the UAB Criptomy system.

Dispute Policy

This Dispute Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of UAB Criptomy. The Policy outlines the process for resolving disputes arising from the use of UAB Criptomy services.

• Scope and Applicability

The Policy applies to all disputes and/or disagreements that may arise between users and UAB Criptomy in connection with the usage of the services provided by UAB Criptomy platform. You must notify UAB Criptomy of a dispute via the official email addresses indicated on the platform, detailing the nature of the dispute, relevant transaction details, and any supporting evidence. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours from the occurrence of the transaction in question or any other matter. Upon receiving a dispute notification, we will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. The dedicated team will review the dispute, which may involve gathering additional information from you or relevant third parties. UAB Criptomy team aims to resolve disputes within 30 working days from the acknowledgment of the dispute.

• Outcome

You will be informed of the outcome of the dispute via the email provided during the registration process. If you and UAB Criptomy cannot resolve any dispute or complaint, it will be referred to and finally resolved by legal authorities in accordance with the rules of the platform, all applicable arbitration laws in Lithuania, and the user rights valid in Lithuania's jurisdiction. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, UAB Criptomy liability in dispute resolution is limited as per the "Laws limiting liability" section of the Terms of Use.

• Fraudulent or Unlawful Activities

If a dispute involves allegations of fraudulent and/or other illegal activities, UAB Criptomy reserves the right to undertake additional actions, including reporting to relevant authorities and cooperating with law enforcement institutions.
